That screen supports the field definitions, but it does not create an all-person one-day feed.
Request Robeson Same-Day Release Records

For VINE, save the displayed custody status, event date, reporting facility, and time of the check. The notification layer reports what a participating source sent. Robeson County SEATS is a general public transportation option, not a confirmed detention-center pickup service. The county says routes run Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., reservations must be made by noon on the prior day, and public fare is $3 for each boarding. Those terms can make the service hard to use after an unplanned evening or weekend exit.

The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office app offers access to agency tools, news, and alerts, and the sheriff’s Police2Citizen announcement says the portal can be reached through the app. No official description promises a native page of people released in the last 24 hours. The app is therefore another route to agency information, not evidence that a rolling release feed exists.
Use the app to reach the same official tools when convenient. Still open the named booking, read the release fields, and keep the exact time of the check. An urgent-news item or arrest alert is event-driven. It is not a full same-day release ledger.
Robeson eCourts offers one more check when the legal event is unclear. A dismissal, bond action, plea, judgment, probation order, or commitment can explain why the jail processed a change. Yet the court system does not state the exact time detention staff finished the physical exit. Robeson’s converted records can also show an artificial midnight stamp for older events. Use the court entry for legal context and the sheriff record for the custody event.
A completed court order can precede jail processing. Compare the order date with the recorded release time, and contact the clerk for an official copy when the Portal summary is not enough.
